FRANK

Current projects include an original theatre production entitled FRANK, written by Tony Cox and Simon Rae. FRANK is a play in two acts with music. It is the warts and all story of the rise and fall of Frank Sinatra.

Sinatras' dark side is explored as well as his relationship with the Mafia and the Kennedys; The life and the loves of the 20th centurys most influential entertainer told with humour and compassion.

FRANK will be performed in early spring 2007 at the Belgrade Theatre,Coventry. The writing and production of FRANK has been commissioned by Hamish Glenn, Artistic director, on behalf of Belgrade Theatre,Coventry.

The Writers:

Tony Cox, has in the past, worked as Musical Supervisor for Andrew Lloyd Webbers' Really Useful Group. Tony lives on the Isle of Mull where he keeps bees to produce honey and composes music for theatre,film and TV. Tony and Chris last collaborated on the musical MATES.

Simon Rae is a playwright and editor for Faber publishing.

Other Projects

Currently Chris Mann is performing The Sound of Sinatra concerts in Barcelona and Benidorm, and corporate dates in U.K.

His long-awaited Studio recording is now planned for June 2008. Watch this space...
